The Z Boiler EI Series consists of vertically-mounted water tubes sandwiched between two annular headers.
The effective heating surface transfer area is larger due to the bigger combustion chamber and the heat absorption from contact heat transfer has increased due to faster combustion gas flow.
The combustion gas splits left and right between the rows of water tubes and flows to the rear chimney base.
Soot Cleaning System
A soot cleaner is equipped to remove soot which is the worst enemy of boiler efficiency. This soot cleaning system minimizes boiler efficiency deterioration and achieves fuel economy and a longer boiler life.

Quick steam generation in only 4-5 minutes from a cold start
Full steam output at the required pressure is supplied in only 4-5 minutes after ignition, enabling it to proceed with work more quickly.
It is also equipped with a high-performance steam separator to supply the best steam.
Condensation Blowdown (EH-1000F and 1500X)
One drawback that small once-through boilers are considered to have is the tendency for condensation to
form more quickly compared to firetube and water tube boilers because of their low water content.
However, condensation blowdown helps keep the condensation below a certain level and prevents alkaline corrosion of the water tubes.
