Nanjing ceremony of opening the real-time diagnosis system for the safety and energy conservation of industrial boilers was held successfully.
Nanjing ceremony of starting the real-time diagnosis system for the safety and energy conservation of industrial boilers was held in Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital, Hexi Branch-Hospital successfully in the morning on Jun., 4th. Relevant technicians including Zhang Jianrong - Section Chief of the energy conservation office in State Quality Inspection Administration, Zhou Guoqing - Director General of Special Unit in Jiangsu Quality Supervision Bureau, Yang Haining - Director General of Nanjing Quality Supervision Bureau, Liang Hua – Dean of Nanjing Institute of Boiler, Yuji Takahashi – President of Miura Industrial Co., Ltd., Yoshihiro Kojima - Board Chairman of Miura Industrial Equipment (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. attended this opening ceremony. Multiple Medias in Nanjing has interviewed and reported the ceremony. The real-time diagnosis system for the safety and energy conservation of industrial boilers is the boiler remote monitoring system developed by Miura Company based on the technology and experience on boiler remote monitoring accumulated for nearly 30 years under the background that the Special Unit in State Quality Inspection Administration put forward energy conservation engineering with “three items of ten thousand” note 1 and “four items of five” note 2. In order to expand the application objects and further improve this system, Miura cooperates with Nanjing Institute of Boiler with Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital, Hexi Branch-Hospital as the pilot unit by carrying out the work of boiler remote monitoring equipment in the first domestic pilot point together.
This system collects and stores the safety and energy conservation data of the operation of the boiler in real time by relying on PLC and sensors so as to realize the real-time diagnosis, alarm display, data analysis, statement print of the remote platform. This system can realize dynamic information sharing at four levels including safety supervision department of the boiler, exploiting unit and energy conservation service institute so as to provide reliable evidence for relevant departments to formulate policies and provide evidence for the safety operation and energy conservation improvement of the enterprise. |
